He shows us two example of both Virtual reality (VR) and AR using advertisement from major brands like LOWEs and Pepsi .AR may seem to be easier to work with because it blend the digital and physical but it is not that simple. With VR, you can make a personalized world that can be used anywhere. For AR, you have to blend everything with an already existing world which is harder because it first has to be useful to the consumer and second it has to look believable. If it doesn’t at least hit one of the marks then it will be a fad. Take Pokemon GO for example, it went viral for a while but died out in the end leaving only the hardcore fans.
